CESA Building Business 2018 Seminar Series

Our latest research identified five major challenges members' face over the coming years, from digitisation, margin erosion, staff recruitment and retention; to the circular economy and the impact of Brexit. These, along with other global shifts, have the potential to transform our market. Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking businesses, who can anticipate that future will prosper. Others will struggle to survive, and we’re already seeing this happen.

We are committed to helping our members thrive and to that end, we have partnered with Martyn Drake to deliver a set of valuable, highly interactive and challenging  business seminars.

Martyn is one of the sector’s top consultants, having worked with some of our most successful and entrepreneurial members, he also led the CESA Council through their own strategy process last year so is well placed to deliver the Building Business Seminar series.

The seminars are aimed at CEOs, Managing Directors and Business Owners. CESA members can attend for free, whilst a cost of £100+VAT PP is applied to non-members wishing to attend. Each seminar will be held at the CESA Offices, here at Rotherwick House from 10:30 – 14:00.

Booking form links can be found below each of the applicable seminars as they become available.
