
OFT Consultation
The OFT has published a draft version of the their Annual Plan for 2010-11 for consultation, and invites you to give your views on the document.
The draft Annual Plan is available to download from the OFT website. The consultation document sets out in draft the OFT's aims and priorities for the year ahead. It highlights the key themes for the OFT in 2010-11 – namely, high impact enforcement, influencing and changing behaviour, delivery and capability and minimising burdens on business. It also sets out performance framework and objectives, and highlights key external factors the OFT intends to respond to in 2010-11, including the increasing impact of online transactions and the potential for greater government intervention in markets.
The plan is focused on high-level outcomes rather than individual projects in order to allow the OFT the flexibility to reprioritise projects as new issues arise during the year, and to ensure the best return on resources.

Comments should be received by the OFT no later than 5.00pm on Friday 5 February 2010. Responses will be made public at the end of the consultation by the OFT unless you tell them that you do not agree to this.
