Questionnaire for ENTR lot 1 Ecodesign - Dessert and beverage machines

From BIO Intelligence Service S.A.S. A questionnaire has been prepared to collect information from the commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturers, for the preparatory study on refrigerating and freezing equipment (ENTR Lot 1), in the context of the Ecodesign Directive (2005/32/EC) of the European Commission.

This Directive establishes a framework for setting Ecodesign requirements (e.g. energy efficiency) for all energy using products and, thus, it is going to affect environmental and/or energy efficiency specifications of such products sold in Europe in the future.

In this context, the objective of this questionnaire is to complement our understanding of different products comprising the sub-category of dessert and beverage machines, available test standards, applicable legislations and voluntary measures, market structure, and user behaviour related issues.

After filling the registration form, you will receive a personalised link to the questionnaire by e-mail. Please note that questionnaires related to other product groups (i.e service cabinets, blast refrigerators and/or freezers, walk-in cold rooms, water dispensers) are already available on the project website: at http://www.ecofreezercom.org/documents_1.php and that other questionnaires will be prepared to cover the larger spectrum of refrigerating and freezing equipment which are foreseen to be included in the scope of the study (e.g. chillers for refrigeration).
