Stakeholder meeting for the preparatory study on Lot 1 (Commercial refrigeration appliances)
From ENTR Lot 1 - A stakeholder meeting for the preparatory study on Lot 1 (Commercial refrigeration appliances) will be held in Brussels on July 15th, 2009, approximately from 10h00 to 16h00. The main objective of this meeting is to discuss the technical aspects related to the study (Tasks 1-3 reports) and present the next steps of the analysis.
The purpose of this message is to give you an advance notice for your travel plans. The exact schedule, agenda and venue details will be communicated to you later.
All relevant documents and other information are available and will continue to be published on the ENTR Lot 1 website http://www.ecofreezercom.org
Please confirm your participation by email at your earliest convenience (please not later than July 8nd , 2009), so that necessary arrangements can be made. If you wish to participate, in addition to confirmation, could you please also send us by e-mail your passport or identity card number, depending on which of the two you will have on you when attending this meeting. It is for the security reasons and also to avoid long waiting at the reception.
